If L148 served with the COMRU Flight it could serve with the Avimil (Force publique/Openbare Macht). Indeed on the 300660 (Indepdnace of Congo) all the material of the FP/OM was tranfered to the new Congolese Armed Forces and the FP/OM stoped to exist. Nearly all this planes went into the hands of the Avikat in July 1960 (could it be the KAT-61 given erronously as ex L61? see my old message) after the self-proclamed independance of Katanga. The COMRU was created only after the independance of Congo (defende by the FP/OM until there) It is of course possible that It was offered to independant Congo in 1960 or in 1962 (after the independance of Rwanda and Burundi) as some Harvards of the COMRU? Not easy to solve.
