  • 261195: The aircraft had to return to Beauvechain airbase after an ‘unsafe gear’ indication.
    During the landing roll, the bearing of the right main wheel collapsed, as a result the wheel "left" the gear (speed around 60kts) and the aircraft stopped at the end of runway 22. The runway was damaged and was blocked for several hours as a special crane had to come from Kleine Brogel to remove the aircraft. The aircraft was damaged by debris of the brake unit that exploded, during the landing roll, under the weight of the plane without a wheel. The aircraft was piloted by Lt.Av.Olivier van Gorp.
