    • 290497: During a mission from Kleine Brogel the aircraft suffered technical problems with the controls. The pilot tried to reach the base of Beauvechain, but after a while also the back-up system failed. The pilot jettisoned the auxiliary fuel tanks over Rummen and ejected safely. The aircraft crashed in a field near Geetbets. The pilot landed with his parachute in an orchard between Rummen-Nieuwerkerken. Kapt.vl.Martin Levicar (10 Wing - 23 Squadron).
