000092: short after delivery the aircraft suffered light damage. During an aerobatic flight some acid from the battery had leaked.

180293: the repaired aircraft arrived back at Goetsenhoven

020702: belly-landing in a field near Orp-le-Grand. Both crewmembers are uninjured. Light damage to the aircraft.

000692: delivered Goetsenhoven and taken on charge by 5 Squadron
200898: emergency landing at Neuvilette (Saint-Quentin, France). The aircraft was on a low-level navigation in France when it got engine problems, loss of oil forced the pilot to turn off the engine and make a landing in a field. Both pilots were ok. The aircraft was not damaged and was transported back to its base by truck.

000692: delivered Goetsenhoven and taken on charge by 5 Squadron
160600: 45minutes after take-off from Beauvechain the aircraft had engine problems. The pilot was forced to make an emergency landing near Sart-d'Avril-Fernelment (near Namur) in a field between the E42 motorway and an an industrial estate. The aircraft was virtually intact. The aircraft was recovered and transported to Evere for investigation.

080909: First noted in "Tiger" c/s for the NTM 2009 organised at Kleine Brogel.
